We may be experiencing phone and internet interruptions on Oct 16th and 17th. If our voicemail isn't working, please call back later or send us an email instead. We'll respond as soon as service is restored!
Here you will find the address and contact information for our instrument building workshop in the Interbay neighborhood of Seattle. This is where we build and repair Dusty Strings harps and hammered dulcimers, and also where we handle long-distance orders for harps, dulcimers, strings, and other accessories.
To learn about our music store and school in the Fremont neighborhood , go to the music store website. The store is the best place to try out our harps and dulcimers in person if you live near or are visiting Seattle. You might also check out the store if you are interested in music lessons, acoustic or electric guitars, banjos, mandolins, or any number of other instruments and accessories.
If you have any questions you'd like to ask us, feel free to call or send us an email. We are a small company and we put a great deal of emphasis on customer service, which means you will be talking to a real person. If we can't answer the phone and you leave us a message, we will get back to you as soon as possible!
We are sometimes able to give short tours to those who are involved with the harp or dulcimer (or would like to be) and are interested to learn more about how we build them. This depends on staff availability, so please give us a call to see if we can schedule something. It usually works best for us to do tours after 3:30 in the afternoon. We regret we do not have the resources to offer tours to the general public at this point.
Although visits to our workshop are by appointment only, you are very welcome any day of the week to drop by our retail store in the Fremont neighborhood, where we have a wonderful array of our harps and dulcimers for you to play and explore.
We always welcome inquiries from music stores about carrying our harps or hammered dulcimers! There is more information available on our Dealer Inquiries page.
