Several of us are away at the Somerset Folk Harp Festival, and we may not be able to respond to emails and phone calls as quickly as usual. Thank you for your patience!
Familiar melodies, such as "Danny Boy" and "My Wild Irish Rose," along with dozens of lesser-known but equally beautiful pieces, make up this essential collection for the harper who wishes to develop a broad Irish repertoire. Song lyrics are included. 112 pages, spiral bound.
This is a multi-level harp book, which is designed to appeal to harpers of all ability levels. All tunes in the book are arranged twice. The first arrangement is simple and spare, generally a single melody line with solid or broken chords to accompany it. The second is more complex, with elaborate chords and embellishments. The dual arrangements may be used in a variety of ways - by players of different levels, as duets, and as components of longer arrangements.
