Ordering Information
If you would like to order an instrument, please contact us so we can check to see if there is a dealer near you who carries what you are interested in. We make our instruments available through music stores around the country so people can have the opportunity to see, touch, and hear them before deciding what they want.  If there isn't a store near you, we'll work directly with you and send your harp or hammered dulcimer with a guarantee—if it doesn't meet your expectations you can call us within five days to arrange to return it for a refund. Your only costs will be the shipping charges.

 

If what you seek is in stock, we can ship as soon as we receive payment via Mastercard, Visa, money order, or check. If we don't currently have the instrument in stock, we can discuss an estimated schedule and reserve an instrument for you with a deposit. Smaller items, such as accessories or instructional materials, can usually be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment. If you like, you can download our order form and fax it in.

 

All orders over $100 must be paid by money order, cashier's check, Visa, or Mastercard.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Any instrument or merchandise (other than books or recordings) that does not meet your expectations may be returned in new condition in the original packaging and shipping container for a refund of the price of the merchandise. You must call us within five days to arrange for the return, and you will remain responsible for the shipping charges both ways.

  • You must contact us in advance for a return authorization. Please ask for advice if you have questions regarding proper packaging. Damage resulting from inadequate packing will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Books and recordings may not be returned. They may be exchanged if defective.

 

Damages and Shortages

  • In the event that you receive merchandise with shipping damage, notify the specific carrier immediately and request an inspection report. Please write or call us for authorization before returning any merchandise.

  • If there is a shortage of merchandise, re-check the packing materials, case, and box and make a note of the specific shortage. This must be reported to us within five days of receipt of the order.
